At Siplab, we want you to love your order.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Bottles that have had stickers applied cannot be returned or refunded.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If approved, Siplab will cover all replacement and shipping costs.


Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost or experiences a significant delivery delay, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution where required.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
